Star Iliad is Cape Cosmic’s next major video game endeavour.

Play as Blythe Braves, a Star Ranger stranded inside the mythical Star Whale – a gargantuan, living cosmic entity. Explore the mysterious world of the whale’s organs, teeming with wonder, danger, and cool characters.

Star Iliad aims to blend the intense gunplay of Metroid, the spellcasting magic of Castlevania, the codec-driven storytelling of Metal Gear Solid, and MORE into a unique and thrilling adventure.

We’re still deep in the depths of developing, and Star Iliad will be our most ambitious game yet. We’re committed to crafting an unforgettable experience, and that will take time.

The game is currently planned for PC & Mac (via Steam).

We are also aiming for console releases, though they are more complex to coordinate. We will announce additional platforms as they materialize.

Star Iliad is a standalone experience with a brand-new cast of characters set on the other side of the galaxy.

That said, fans of Phoenotopia may recognize some story nods and references woven into the game.
